A rep for the actress, 41, told US magazine, “Jane Krakowski and Robert Godley are thrilled to announce that they are engaged to be married.  Mr. Godley proposed to Ms. Krakowski over the holidays.” The couple have reportedly been dating for over a year and have yet to set a wedding date. “She’s very happy!” a source told Us. It will be the Tony-winning actress’ first time at the altar.

Justin Siegel, a music producer, filed papers on Friday at L.A.’s County Superior Court, citing irreconcilable differences.   According to the documents, which were first reported by TMZ.com, the couple had been married for less than two years and wed in February 2008.
