Farrah Fawcett

Farrah Fawcett was an American actress and 70’s pin up girl. She started her career modeling and was an international sex symbol in the 1970’s and 80’s with picture and poster sales that broke records.
As an actress Farrah Fawcett was most identified as private investigator Jill Munroe in the TV series Charlie’s Angels. Farrah Fawcett acted in theatre as well as in television movies that would win her many Golden Globe and Emmy Award nominations such as The Burning Bed, Extremities and Small Sacrifices.
Farrah Fawcett had a long-time romantic relationship with Ryan O’Neal and a son by him. She was diagnosed with cancer in 2006 and after a long and brave struggle died on June 25 2009. Farrah Fawcett made a documentary Farrah’s Story of her fight which has posthumously earned her an Emmy nomination.
