Halle Berry

Halle Berry holds the distinction of being the only African American woman to have won the Academy award for the Best Actress in 2001. She is also an Emmy and Golden Globe Award winner for her role in the movie Dorothy Dandridge. In addition to movies, she’s also involved in production and is a spokesperson for Revlon cosmetics.
Halle Berry started her career with modeling and went on to win the Miss USA World title in 1986. She made her breakthrough in motion pictures with ‘Jungle Fever’ in 1991 followed by ‘Flilntstones’, ‘Bulworth’, the ‘X-Men’ Series, and recreated the sensational Ursula Andress scene as the Bond Girl in ‘Die Another Day’. Her topless nude scene in ‘Swordfish’ created quite a stir in the industry and there were claims that she finally agreed to do the scene when the Warner Brothers offered a generous increase to her fee. However, in later interviews Halle Berry rubbished such claims.
Regarding her philanthropic activities, Halle Berry has deep concern for victims of domestic violence. Having seen it from close quarters, Halle Berry is extremely sympathetic towards this cause.
Recently however, the very glamorous Halle Berry went over to Miami with her family to buy some exclusive furniture and unwind from the cares of work. Fotos of her gorgeous boyfriend, Gabriel, and adorable baby, Nahala, were clicked as they went about their business of shopping in the Miami Design District. They seemed to be in kow-tow with another male who seemed to be a designer and was showing them around the shop.
