Heidi and Spencer
Heidi and Spencer are the well known couple from the television series ‘The Hills’ aired on MTV. They are better known for their yo-yo romance too which started off on the sets of ‘The Hills’ after the style of Hollywood motion pics.
Heidi and Spencer began dating in 2006, and within 7 months of dating, Spencer Pratt proposed marriage to Heidi in May 2007. However, this engagement was called off at the end of the year. In one of the interviews given by Spencer Pratt, he confessed that he was head over heels in love with Heidi and was going to try and win her back. That did happen and Heidi and Spencer got married in November 2008 in Mexico. Family members from either side were not presented and the marriage ceremony lasted no more than 15 minutes.
There were some issues about the legality of the ceremony in Mexico. Therefore, Heidi and Spencer got married once again on April 25 this year in Pasadena, California in front of 200 guests. It was a picture perfect wedding with the bride looking resplendent in her wedding gown and jewelry from ‘Neil Lane’. The photos of the marriage were posted on several websites, along with comments by fans and critics.
This couple was to receive another dose of criticism soon. Heidi and Spencer joined the reality show ‘I am a Celebrity…get me out of Here!’ Spencer Pratt was severely criticized for his behavior on the show and his claims that they were tortured by the other participants on the show. The quit the show several times before finally withdrawing from it in poor grace.
