Kate Hudson

Kate Hudson rose to prominence as an actress in 2001 with her role in the film in ‘Almost Famous’ which brought her several nominations and awards. Since then she has done several motion pictures which have been very well received by her audience. These include movies like ‘How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days’, ‘You, Me and Dupree’, ‘Raising Helen’, the more recent ‘Bride Wars’ and the thriller/horror ‘The Skeleton Key’.
Kate Hudson was born to actress Goldie Hawn and actor-comedian-musician Bill Hudson. Her parent’s divorced when she was a only eighteen months old and she was raised by her mother and her boyfriend, actor, Kurt Russel. Kate loved and admired her mother, and in several interviews has acknowledged that she learned quite a bit from her mother.
Kate Hudson graduated in 1997 from Crossroads, a performing school, located in Santa Monica. Even though New York University accepted her, she left it to pursue a career in motion pics.
In 2000, she married Chris Robinson, who was the Frontman for the band ‘The Black Crowes’. Four years later, January Kate Hudson gave birth to their son Ryder Russell Robinson. Almost two and a half years later, it was announced that the couple was separating. It was suggested that the reason behind the break up was Kate Hudson’s involvement with actor Owen Wilson. The divorce was finalized in October 2007.
After her divorce, Kate Hudson went on to date Owen Wilson, MTV Punk’d actor and cyclist Lance Armstrong. This year, it has been made very clear that she is romantically interested in the baseball player, Alex Rodriguez.
